Then we were faced with choosing the name, which was actually quite an easy task since we took as a reference the name of a product similar to ours “tostilocos” and only added “maici” instead of “tosti” and we ended up “ Maicilocos”.

Then we realized that we should have something distinctive about the business and that would attract attention, since we offer a snack and not a main meal, therefore we were in second place in demand, so Ivett had the idea of ​​making a botarga in the form of a little corn and thus it will be a little clearer what the main ingredient is.

During the development of the project we encountered certain obstacles, since there was a lack of communication within the team, but in the end everything was solved.

Another thing that happened to us was that in that same sale we made a mistake when preparing the product, since we gave very large portions for the price at which we were selling it and all the merchandise was sold out.

In one of the foreign sales, it happened to us that a small child without us realizing it left without paying and in a few minutes the same child returned, but now with his mother apologizing for her son and he paid us, but we only we took it in the best way, since the boy was very nice.
